Booking Assistance
Book assistance when you are making your booking with your airline or travel agent up to 48 hours before you travel. The departure and arrival airport will be notified by the airline to expect you. Links for bookings are below:
Once you arrive please make your way to the assistance desk located in the centre of the main terminal. If you require assistance to the terminal then yellow call points are located within the car parks, near to all Accessible bays.
Visit the Assistance desk located between the check-in and arrival area.
If you haven't pre-booked assistance then please be aware that priority will be given to pre-booked passengers. We will endeavour to assist you as soon as we can.
Wanting to shop? Why not use Reserve & Collect?
With World Duty Free's Reserve & Collect service, you can browse the World Duty Free website & reserve items you wish to purchase. Once instore skip the queues, visit the collection point and pay for the items. You can make reservations (where available) from one month to 24 hours before your flight.

Isle of Man Patient Transfer
If you are travelling to and from Liverpool you can find more information here. The link contains useful information for your journey, including the location of the Isle of Man Patient Transfer Quiet Space.
The Quiet Space is located on the Upper Retail level next to the Multi-Faith Prayer Room. Access to gates is via lift.
We are also supported by the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group charity.
Considerations when booking assistance at Liverpool
Liverpool John Lennon Airport has one terminal for departures and arrivals. The furthest gates are no more than 500 metres from check-in, and some gates may have stairs. You can take a bus to and from the aircraft.
We do not offer an Eagle Hoist at this time.
