The ATCSL is seeking a partnership approach to provide professional support in the development of an airspace change for LJLA part of the Prestwick Lower Airspace Systemisation process. The Airport is trying to find a partner with high standards of professionalism and experience to help successfully deliver the ACP in accordance with the new CAP725 guidance.
The cost of the service is a very important determining factor but also key is reliability, service performance, ability to adopt a collaborative and innovative approach to the solving the challenges that working in a dynamic environment can create.

Do the LAL Terms and Conditions still apply, as the contract will be entered into with Air Traffic Control Services Limited (rather than Liverpool Airport Limited)? |
Liverpool Airport Limited trading as Liverpool John Lennon Airport (“LJLA”) is the parent company of Air Traffic Control Services Limited (“ATCSL”).
For the avoidance of doubt, any reference to “LJLA” within the LAL Terms and Conditions shall also include ATCSL. |

Which takes precedence the LAL Terms and Conditions or the Consultancy Agreement? |
The LAL Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Consultancy Agreement. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the main body of the Consultancy Agreement and the LAL Terms and Conditions, the main body of the Consultancy Agreement shall take precedence. |
