We are looking for Full Time Duty Manager to join our Sable & Co Team at Liverpool Airport
As a Duty Manager you will be doing Shifts hours between 03:00 am - 09:00 pm
Requirements:
- Duty Manager/Supervisor experience is required to be successful in this role.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
- Able to work in a high pace busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Leading and motivating the team, working alongside the Genera Manager to allocate tasks & rotas.
- Maintain Brand standards within your workstation
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal appearance
