JLA continues partnership with Travel Provider

Liverpool John Lennon Airport (JLA) is delighted to announce that The Co-operative Travel will be their official airport travel provider, giving customers the ability to book flights and holidays on-line all via the Airport’s popular website www.liverpoolairport.com

The Co-operative Travel is part of Europe’s largest consumer co-operative, taking care of the travel arrangements for over two million passengers every year. As a full member of ABTA (the Association of British Travel Agents) with ATOL protection (Air Travel Organisers License) customers can rest assured that their travel arrangements are fully protected and in award-winning hands, following a series of prestigious award wins for The Co-operative Travel recently.

JLA currently has approximately 300,000 hits to its website every month. Today’s news will mean that The Co-operative Travel can continue to offer Airport website users the facility to book flights to a range of city and holiday destinations through the Airport’s website, making booking a holiday from Liverpool simple and straightforward.
The Airport website gives customers the ease of a ‘one-stop-shop’ facility, where they can not only book flights and accommodation via The Co-operative Travel, but also great value for money car parking, Aspire Premium lounge access and even FastTrack access through security at peak times.

The announcement that The Co-operative Travel will take responsibility for the website follows the previous agreement with Midlands Co-operative (which entered into a Joint Venture with The Co-operative and Travel Thomas Cook in 2011) to provide this online service for the Airport since 2009.
