The LJLA Customer Service Training Programme has won Bronze in the Programme of the Year (Leisure and Tourism) category at the Customer Service Training Network Awards.
It has been a really exciting twelve months for Customer Services at LJLA with lots of positive achievements being made throughout the business, as has been reflected in our ASQ results. Congratulations to everyone involved and we look forward to seeing what more we can achieve over the next year.
