Blue Air’s newest flights from Liverpool to Malaga and Majorca take off for the first time next week. These two routes were announced late last year as part of the airline’s 2017 network expansion program which ended the year with 34 new route announcements.

Both Malaga and Majorca will operate with twice-weekly flights departing from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Flights to Majorca will operate on Wednesday and Saturday, with Malaga flights operating on Tuesday and Thursday. In addition, Blue Air departures to Alicante will be increased to four times per week.

Blue Air is one of Europe’s fastest growing airlines and is experiencing significant growth in the UK market as they continue to work with favourite UK operators and agents.

Tudor Constantinescu, Chief Commercial Officer at Blue Air said:“As we continue to expand our European network we are grateful for the support shown by our newest and repeat passengers, as well as valued stakeholders and partners here in the UK. We are delighted to see these two new routes take off next week and we look forward to inviting you all on board.”

Paul Winfield, Director of Aviation Development for LJLA commented, “We are delighted to see Blue Air increase its services from Liverpool John Lennon Airport with the addition of new destinations to Malaga and Majorca as well as the addition of a 4th weekly service to Alicante.”

Blue Air is the only scheduled airline to offer free inflight services from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Board their locally based aircraft, fly to Italy or Spain and be served a complimentary soft drink and snack. They also offer free airport check-in and competitive seat selection from just £2.

Blue Air currently flies to eight destinations across Europe from Liverpool John Lennon Airport including Milan, Rome, Alicante, Majorca, Malaga and several locations in Romania.
